4. Billing

The total cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: For all purchases, payment must be made in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise specified (e.g. COD).
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Please verify your payment details or contact your financial institution. Orders with failed payments will not be processed until the issue is resolved.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: We offer refunds on eligible products within 2 Days of purchase before dispatch of the products.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been processed for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our support team at marketing@cropac.in within 30 days of the transaction. We will work with you and the payment provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Taxes

Applicable GST will be added based on the product type.
